ANKLE BUZZER

The Ankle Buzzer (with Sound Box) is a Velcro sleeve with a pressure-sensitive trigger inside that fastens around the skater’s ankle. When doing drills or jumps, a properly executed maneuver where the ankles contact each other is rewarded with a sound from the Ankle Buzzer, allowing the skater to re-create the movement regularly and thus create the muscle memory necessary to develop consistency in their skating.

The Ankle Buzzer comes with one of four pre-programmed sounds—Magic (Chime), Cow, Monkey or the new "squeak".

Also available is the Replacement Sound Box Pocket with Sound Box.

Champion Cords
The hot new training tool for figure skaters. Developed and perfected by a professional coach, they are currently being used by over 5,000 skaters in Canada and the USA to improve alignment and position, as well as develop muscle memory for spins, jumps, stroking, and posture. Skaters can use one cord or two, but to gain full benefit for all exercises two cords are usually necessary.
